About Geething

Geething is a free, open-source Firefox browser extension licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. It is provided at no cost and without any warranty.

Acceptance

By installing or using Geething, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Use of Google services

Geething accesses Gmail™ data on your behalf through Google's official OAuth 2.0 API. By using Geething you also agree to:

You are responsible for your own Google account. Geething's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

No warranty

Geething is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors of Geething shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access to your accounts.

Modifications and discontinuation

Geething may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice. Because it is open source, you may always fork the project and continue using it under the terms of the GPL-3.0 licence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
